It also looks to me like they were loading that onto a ship... Look at the command bridge in the background. Also the ship seems to shift when it plunged into the water!

I just can't stop watching this thing! I think you can see that the reason it plunged into the water was that it's straps started sliding all the way back. I don't know if this was using two cranes or what but the first mistake was that the two straps did not have somthing solid between the two crane lines to keep the straps from being pushed together. Plus, it's possible that the straps were not on the sling marks. Wow! I can't stop watching this video!!!!!
